  Every time we try to take our children for ice cream or milkshakes the machine is down for cleaning or maintenance!! Facebook tells a lot and there have been multiple posts of this same complaint! It's been down for literally 2 years! Take the signs for it down if you aren't going to fix it; that's false advertising! Also, it takes a really long time to get your food and most of the time they either forget one of our meals or drinks. It's so bad that we quit going! Most employees are nice but that's it!
